indicate shipping preference on PO. Books
will be shipped within 48 hours, Monday thru Friday, from the date
the Purchase Order is received by Bramble Books. For
books purchased on a returnable basis please contact Bramble Books
for authorization. Books may be returned for credit only. A return
fee will be charged (1-9 books, $.65 per book / 10 + books, $.40
per book). Credit will only be given for books in saleable condition,
and if a packing list with title, quantity, original discount, and
invoice information is provided. If this information is not provided,
credit will be issued at 50%. Books received in unsalable condition
will be returned at the customer's expense. Return
of books that are received by the customer in a damaged condition
must be returned (post marked) within 30 days of invoice date to
receive full credit.
